Women's Lacrosse Hosts Conference Foe AIC At Martone-Mejail Field on Tuesday
NORTH ANDOVER, MA – The Merrimack women's lacrosse team will play host to conference foe American International on Tuesday afternoon at 4 p.m. as a part of the "Youth Lacrosse Day" doubleheader at Martone-Mejail Field.

The Warriors are led offensively by junior Olivia Huie (Norwell, Mass.) who has racked up 29 points including a team-high 25 goals while Jenn Pino (North Andover, Mass.) ranks second on the team with 20 goals and seven assists to go along with a team-high 30 draw controls. Tyler Szymanski (Framingham, Mass.) has also racked up 20 goals on the season while controlling 29 draws. Defensively, Dara Hayes (Calgary, AB) ranks first on the team with five caused turnovers and she has scooped up 15 ground balls.
Merrimack (2-7, 1-4 NE-10) enters the contest after dropping their last game to #1 LIU Post on Saturday. The Warriors last home contest came last Wednesday as they downed the Saint Michael's Purple Knights by the score of 15-3.
The two teams met last season in Springfield with the Warriors coming up with the big 19-8. Huie led all Warriors with four goals while Pino and Szymanski each finished with three goals.
