North Andover, M.A. – Laurie Goddard scored a first half hat trick and the Merrimack men's soccer team rolled their first conference victory of the season, a 6-0 win over the Howard University Bison on Sunday afternoon.

Rapid Recap
The Warriors were attacking from opening kickoff as multiple chances were turned away before Laurie Goddard opened the scoring at the 10-minute mark. Goddard wouldn't take long to score again, tallying a second time three and half minutes later and then would complete the hat trick before 15 minutes were gone in the match.
 
Juri Schlingmann would score the teams fourth of the match at 21 minutes and the Warriors would add two more goals in the second half coming from Liam Ziegler and Ian Mackin.

• This is the Warriors largest win since their victory over Mount St. Mary's on October 24^th 2021, (7-0 win)

 

• Nelton Semedo made three saves for his first Warriors clean sheet.
