Providence, R.I.-   The Merrimack College Warriors men's soccer team fell to Providence College Friars by a score of 2-0 on Sunday night.

• Providence jumped to the early lead, scoring in the first three minutes of the contest.
• Providence would add the final goal of the contest with eight minutes to play in the game.

Notes and Numbers:

• Alvaro Rodriguez made five saves in his first start of the season.
• Laurie Goodard and Bennet Morrill each had a shot on goal.
