Smithfield, R.I.—The Merrimack Women's Track and Field Team returned from their Holliday break with a fourth-place finish with 26 points in the Bryant Throws hosted by Bryant University on Wednesday.
 
Makayla Champagne finished third in the Women's discus event with a throw of 34.99 meters and she also finished third in the Women's shot put final with a throw of 11.80 meters. She also finished fifth in the Women's weight throw with a mark of 13.71 meters.
