Boston, M.A.—The Merrimack Warriors Women's hockey team dropped their first Hockey East game of the season as they fell to the Boston University Terriers by a score of 7-1 on Tuesday night.
The Basics

Boston University scored the game's opening goal on the powerplay just past the eight minute mark but the Warriors would knock in the tying goal as
Solveig Gisler's point shot deflected off of
Gabi Jones to take a 1-1 score into the intermission.
In the second period, the Terriers would go back ahead early, before adding their third and fourth goals of the game on the powerplay.
Margaux Favre would enter the game in relief from then on.
Boston University would add three more goals late to complete the contest.
