SEEKONK, Mass. -- The Merrimack College Men's golf team competed in the Ledgemont Match Play event in Seekonk, Massachusetts. The Warriors squared off with Holy Cross, Bryant and the University of Rhode Island.

How It Happened

• Quinn Lapinski and Kai-Jun Huang had the two lone wins in their first match against URI
• In the consolation match Rafli Sati was the only Warrior to win his match outright
• Merrimack lost the first match 5.5 – 2.5 against URI and fell in the consolation match to Bryant 6.5 - 1.5

Merrimack will wrap up their fall season with a match in South Kent, Connecticut on October 28^th, squaring off with the University of Hartford.
