Four in a row for the Warriors it is as they went end to end to beat the Red Flash. It was a first quarter of defense for Merrimack who limited Saint Francis to just 10 total points while scoring 16 themselves. The second quarter was
Thalia Shepard's game. She was all over the place making jumpers and finishing through contact to push her point total to double digits in the first half. She had 12 entering the break and pushed the Warrior lead to seven at 29-22 after a pair of free throws from
Rose Caso to send it into halftime.
The third quarter saw Merrimack extend their lead to as much as eleven before Saint Francis slashed it. The Red Flash got the Warrior lead all the way down to just two points at 45-43 before Merrimack scored the final six points of the quarter making it 51-43 going into the final frame. In the fourth quarter the Warriors continued their excellence. They kept up the offensive attack and tacked on points to their lead. They would score eleven of the final thirteen points in the contest winning by a convincing score of 72-57 and wrapping up regular season NEC road play.
