New Britain, C.T.— Merrimack Softball dropped the final game of their weekend series against the Central Connecticut State Blue Devils by a score of 8-2 on Sunday afternoon.
The Blue Devils scored five runs early, with three runs in the first inning and two runs in the second.
Caity Lemay would get the Warriors on the board with a two-run double, scoring
Courtney Lanpher and
Alex Miller. Central Connecticut would score three more times in the fourth inning to pick up the win.
