MILFORD, Conn. – The Merrimack College Women's Golf team finished 3^rd overall in the Sacred Heart Invitational.

The Warriors opened their season at the Great River Golf Club in Milford, Connecticut. Eight teams competed in the Invitational including five MAAC schools. Merrimack would finish second amongst MAAC schools with a combined score of +91.
 
Notes and Numbers

• Sastry started the tournament with a round one +3
• Jillian Johnson finished tied for 11^th place shooting +21
• Yasmine Qureshi finished in 27^th and had a flawless five over second round
