Easton, MA— The Merrimack Women's Track and Field Team finished in second place in the Stonehill Skyhawk Invitational with thirteen podium finishes and 129 points overall.
Riley Paskow won the long jump with a distance of 5.67 meters,
Renee Wilson finished fifth in the same event with a distance of 5.25 meters.
Skylar DiMartino won the javelin throw with a distance of 40.21 meters,
Alana Johnson finished in second with a throw of 37.58 meters.
Anna Gardner and
Sedona Gillard finished seventh and eighth with marks of 27.93 meters and 27.12 meters.
Leslie MacGrath rounded off the podium in the high jump with a height of 1.53 meters,
Elizabeth Murphy finished fourth with the same mark.
Annie Towler finished third in the triple jump, with a mark of 10.77 meters,
Elizabeth Murphy finished fifth with a mark of 10.09 meters and
Waimea Dodge finished sixth with a mark of 9.80 meters.
Makayla Champagne finished second in the discus throw with a throw of 38.33 meters,
Cameron Zuliani finished third in the same event throwing 37.98 meters she also finished fifth in the shot put with a throw of 11.53 meters.
Champagne also finished second in the hammer throw with a mark of 46.54 meters,
Anya Cunningham also finished fourth with a throw of 45.85 meters.
Kaleigh Lane,
Julia Holt and
Hunter Laubstein created the podium for the 400 meter dash with times of 1:00.02, 1:00.08 and 1:02.77.
Ava Mahoney and
Samantha LiPetri finished third and fourth in the 800 meter run with times of 2:17.86 and 2:18.90.
Angelina Zaykovskaya finished fifth in the 400 meter hurdle event with a time of 1:14.35.
Sydney Connolly finished second in the 100 meter dash with a time of 12.83 seconds.
Madison Cote finished sixth in the 1500 meter run with a time of 4:57.55.
