Coaching Spotlight
"Our primary goal today was to get a feel for the course that the MAAC Cross Country Championship will be run on November 2. Our top seven treated the race as a workout and ran in control as a group through 4 miles. A tight pack of runners will be the key to our success this season and we're stressing that concept in all our workouts."
