NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. – The Merrimack College women's soccer program looks to keep their unbeaten streak alive, as they take on Adelphi in their third consecutive home game this Saturday, September 8
th.

Merrimack Kickoff Classic Recap:
- In game one of the Merrimack Kickoff Classic, a 3-0 victory over Molloy opened up the new season. Collecting goals were senior Tori Daigle, and sophomores Kailee Stobbe and Izzy McDonnell.
- Five different players tallied goals in game number two; a 6-0 shutout over Dominican.
- Captain Gigi Guenther netted two, McDonnell buried her second of the season, and freshman Erin Tyldesley, Sara MacFarland, and Maggie Barden scored their first career goals.
- Junior keeper Erin Fulton picked up the first NE10 Goalkeeper of the Week award, posting two shutouts.

- Guenther enters the contest leading the NE10 Conference in shots (17), and is fourth in the conference in points (6).
- As a team, the Warriors are second in the conference in shots (61), goals (9), assists (7), points (25), and shots per game (30.5).
- Fulton had five shutouts last year; this year, she already has two.

- Merrimack is 8-11-4 all-time against Adelphi, dating back to 1991.
- Last year, the team split with the Panthers; after losing 6-1 in the beginning of the year, Merrimack retaliated with a 2-1 victory on the road in the playoffs.

- Adelphi has played just one game in 2018, but are coming off a year that saw an NCAA tournament appearance.
