Coaching Spotlight
"It was a good effort for the women on a true cross country course. We look forward to coming back on November 2 and running in the MAAC Cross Country Championship on this same course. We had a hard week of training and the women definitely felt it in today's race. Like the men, having a tight pack will be the major point of emphasis for us this season."
